University Park, Texas, CDL Violations Disputed In Court

Have you been written a traffic ticket while behind the wheel in University Park, Texas? If you have, while on the job with your commercial driver’s license (CDL), you may be more worried about your citation than the average, Class C driver would be. As a bus driver, trucker, or another professional motorist, it is probably mandatory that you maintain your clean driving record as proof of your ability to drive safely while on the job. That said, it is also mandatory that you respond to your charges, and by their due date specified on your ticket. You may respond to your University Park CDL or trucking violation in one of two ways, by either pleading guilty to your charges or by disputing your violation in court. Should you decide against pleading guilty in favor of challenging your ticket (in hopes of protecting your record from points otherwise added), Jack Byno & Associates may be of service to you. We are a traffic ticket law firm with more than 20 years of experience in Dallas County and surrounding regions and may be able to assist you in disputing your ticket, by either pleading your case for a deal or fighting your citation in a court of law. It does not matter whether you were written your University Park CDL violation at a D.O.T. stop or on the road, for a moving offense such as speeding or a vehicle-related offense such as an over weight violation.

Has Your University Park CDL Violation Gone Into Warrant?

Traffic tickets issued in University Park, however common and trivial they may seem, must be responded to in due time by the driver to whom they were written. If a traffic ticket or city ordinance violation is not responded to, and becomes overdue as a result, it may go into warrant. In other words, should you fail to respond in due time to a CDL or trucking violation that you have received in the city, the University Park Municipal Court may consequently issue a warrant for your arrest. Once a traffic warrant has been issued for you, your situation is much more serious than it was before, as you could be taken into custody by police at any time because of it. In order that your otherwise imminent arrest to be avoided, your University Park warrant must be lifted, and as quickly as possible. Lifting your outstanding warrant is not something that you must attempt to accomplish on your own; Jack Byno & Associates may be retained to help you do so. We even offer to lift warrants (and post bonds) on behalf of our eligible Class C and CDL clients. If we are able to carry out these legal services on your behalf, you will no longer have to concern yourself with the possibility of being arrested over your warrant, and may also expect to be defended in court by us at a later date.
