Driver’s License Suspension For DWI In Dallas County
There are two times a person charged with a DWI may be facing a driver’s license suspension:
- Civil Suspension : For a Breath test failure or refusal; and
- Criminal Suspension : The Texas Transportation Code Section 521.344 states the various possible causes for a driver’s license suspension that result from of a DWI conviction.
