Are You A CDL Driver With A Watauga Trucking Violation?

I am attorney Jack Byno, a traffic ticket lawyer with over 20 years of experience in Tarrant County. From my offices located conveniently in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, my colleagues and I defend drivers, both Class C and CDL, against traffic tickets and city ordinance violations issued by police.

Maybe you are someone who holds a commercial driver’s license (CDL) for work as a trucker, bus driver, or another professional motorist. If you have been written a CDL or trucking violation in the City of Watauga (for speeding, a D.O.T. stop weight limit violation, or any other traffic offense), you are most likely concerned about the negative effect that your violation may have on your driving record. As a professional motorist, you are most likely required to keep your driving record clean, as proof of your ability to drive safely while behind the wheel. While you must respond to your traffic violation in due time, it may therefore not be in your best interest to do so by pleading guilty to your charges, as your means of living could be threatened if you do. It may be in your better interest to dispute your violation with legal assistance provided by Jack Byno & Associates. My associates and I may be retained to either 1) plead your case for a possible deal, in lieu of points added to your driving record, or 2) fight your citation in a formal trial setting. While you will most likely be required to appear in court alongside us should you opt for a trial, if you instead choose to seek a plea deal, you may continue to drive with your CDL.

When Watauga CDL Violations Go Into Warrant Status

As a licensed driver, you are expected to obey traffic law at all times while behind the wheel. If you do not obey the law and are caught breaking it, you may then expect to be written a citation for your offense.

Upon being issued your CDL or trucking violation in the Tarrant County City of Watauga, it became your responsibility to respond to it in due time, by either pleading guilty to it or challenging it in court. If you considered neither of these options but instead allowed your ticket to go into warrant status by allowing it to go past due, you thereby allowed your situation to become much more serious than it already is. If you have been made aware that the Watauga Municipal Court has issued a warrant for your arrest, you may want to consider taking legal action to get your warrant lifted, lest you be taken into custody because of it (and in a worst-case scenario, lose your job over it). Jack Byno & Associates may be able to assist you in lifting your warrant, as we have been doing so for our eligible Tarrant County clients since the founding of our practice in 1994. If we are able to lift your Watauga traffic warrant for you, and post bond for you as well, you will no longer have to concern yourself with the possibility of arrest, and may expect to be defended by us later in court.
