Regarding the Disputation of Richland CDL Violations

In Richland, Texas, CDL and Class C drivers alike are pulled over on a daily basis and written traffic tickets by law enforcement. However, if you have been written a CDL or trucking violation by law enforcement in Richland or any other Navarro County town, while on the road or at a D.O.T. stop, you are perhaps more concerned about your violation than the average, Class C motorist would be. This is for the fact that commercial drivers, who include truckers, bus drivers, and even emergency vehicle operators, are generally mandated to maintain their clean driving records. Because points may be added permanently to your driving record if you opt to plead guilty to your offense, it may be in your better interest to challenge your violation instead, in an effort to defend your clean record.

No matter whether you were written your CDL violation for a vehicle-related offense such as an over weight violation, or a moving violation such as speeding, Jack Byno & Associates may be able to assist you in the disputation of your traffic violation. A traffic ticket law firm with more than 20 years of experience in North Texas, our lawyers understand better than anyone that you as a professional motorist simply want to protect your clean record and remain on the job if at all possible. We may be hired to either plead your case for a possible deal, or to fight your CDL at trial.

Overdue Richland, Texas CDL Violations Fall Into Warrant

Once your Richland CDL or trucking violation has been written and placed in your hands, it becomes your responsibility to respond to your ticket by the date that it is due. If you do not respond to your citation, neither pleading guilty to it nor challenging it in court, your ticket may fall into warrant status. In other words, the Richland Municipal Court (which does not tolerate overdue tickets of any kind) may find cause to issue a warrant for your arrest. Once a traffic warrant has been issued for you, your situation is obviously more serious than it was previously, as you could be taken into custody at potentially any time (even during the annual Richland Warrant Roundup) for as long as your warrant remains out for you. That said, if you are hopeful to avoid arrest if at all possible, there is fortunately a course of action that you may take in order to do so. You may act quickly to ensure that your warrant is lifted.

Getting your Richland traffic warrant lifted as a CDL holder is not a task that you must attempt to accomplish on your own; you may seek professional legal counsel in getting your warrant lifted. Jack Byno & Associates may be retained to assist you in doing so. Since the founding of our law firm in 1994, we have (among other legal services provided) gotten bonds posted and traffic warrants lifted on behalf of our eligible Navarro County clients. If we are able to lift your outstanding Richland warrant and post bond for you, your arrest during Warrant Roundup season may no longer be a possibility.
