Texas State Point System

When you pay a traffic ticket fine, you are pleading guilty. When you plead guilty, you may be assessed traffic points by the State of Texas. When you accumulate traffic points, you must pay the state a mandatory yearly surcharge for three years in order to retain your license. I will work to help you keep the charges off your record, which may result in no surcharges.
