CDL Drivers Written Traffic Tickets by Tarrant County Police

As an interstate truck driver or otherwise someone who holds a commercial driver’s license for work purposes, you most likely also make it a point to obey traffic law as closely as possible. Not only for your safety and the safety of others around you, but for the security of your job as well. Although you strive at all times to drive safely, let’s say that you were recently written a CDL or trucking violation while on the job in Tarrant County, Texas. If so, you have two options to consider when it comes to responding to your citation. You may consider challenging your ticket in court, and perhaps with help from Jack Byno & Associates. In court, we may be able to either plead your case for a possible deal, or fight your charges at trial in hopes of getting them dismissed. If you do hire us to defend you in court, we would advise you, while your case remains active, to continue to bear in mind traffic law, and the occasional D.O.T. stop along your route.

If you instead opt to plead guilty to your Tarrant County trucking violation, points will be added permanently to your driving record, and you will also be obliged to pay a fine. Your career as a professional driver may even be placed on the line, as it is supported, in large part, by your clean driving record and reputation as a responsible driver. Should you neither plead guilty to speeding, nor make any effort at all to dispute your violation, your ticket may go into warrant status.

Warrants Issued For CDL Drivers In Tarrant County

Maybe you were recently written a CDL or trucking violation while on the road in Tarrant County, Texas. If you neither challenged your violation, nor pleaded guilty to it, but simply allowed it to go past due, it may have gone into warrant. If so, it means that the Tarrant County Justice Court may have been prompted to issue a warrant for your arrest. A traffic warrant issued for you is just as serious as it sounds and, unless lifted in a timely manner, may very well result in your arrest and incarceration. Fortunately, if you are hoping to avoid arrest if at all possible by ensuring that your traffic warrant is lifted, and are also hoping to defend your means of living in court, Jack Byno & Associates may be of service to you. Our skilled traffic ticket attorneys may be able to get your Tarrant County warrant lifted for you, and may also post bond for you as a promise to represent you later in court. Bond, once posted, would serve as a promise from us to defend you and your case later in the Tarrant County Justice of the Peace Court.
